If you wish to obtain a creditor login, please print the "Creditor Certificate" Form,
fill in the required information, sign and date, then send back to the court. We will
not assign a login id until the original of this document has been
received by the court. When it is received, a court employee will contact you.
***Note - we will only issue two creditor logins per office***
Creditor logins WILL NOT receive email service of any kind. Email
service is limited to attorney filers.
Creditor logins are a limited access login, with access to file only the following documents:
- Notice of Change of Address
- Notice of Substitution of Creditor/Assignment of Claim
- Proof of Claim
- Objection to Transfer of Claim
- Reaffirmation Agreement
- Redemption Agreement
- Request for Notice
(where you will also be required to update the matrix)
- Response to Objection to Claim
- Stipulation on Proof of Claim
- Transfer of Claim
- Withdrawal of Proof of Claim

All other documents require an attorney certification and login. If you have
any questions please contact the court.
When filing reaffirmation and redemption agreements, the imaged document must contain
the scanned signatures of all parties.
When filing a proof of claim please follow the service requirements for copies to the
trustee and debtor's counsel as noted in LBR 3002-1(f)(1). Local Bankruptcy Rules are
posted on this web site.
Please Note: Proofs of claim should be filed with the claim as the main document,
and any supporting documentation as an attachment.
