ORDER ADOPTING LOCAL BANKRUPTCY RULES

AND FORMS

                      In accordance with the order of the United States District Court granting this court authority to amend local bankruptcy rules and forms, entered July 1, 2002,

                      IT IS ORDERED that the attached Local Bankruptcy Rules and Local Bankruptcy Forms 1, 5, 7, 25-1, 25-2, 32-1, 32-2 and 32-3 for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Alaska are adopted effective from and after OCTOBER 1, 2002. The local rules were revised, in their entirety, to comply with Garner, Guidelines for Drafting and Editing Court Rules. AK LBRs 1017-1, 6008-1, 7005-1, and 9014-1 are new. Substantive changes have been made to AK LBRs 1005-1(b), 1007-2, 2002-1(c), 3002-1, 3003-1, 3015-1, 3019-1, 4001-1, 5003-1, 5074-1, 6004-1, 6006-1, 7001-1, 7026-1(a), 9010-1, 9013-2(a), 9013-2(b), 9036-1, and 9075-1.
