NOTE: Any time you modify a .pdf document in Acrobat 6 (e.g. inserting a page, deleting a page etc...). Use the procedures outlined in Creating PDF by Direct Scan when saving .pdf files after modifications. The SAVE or SAVE AS option should NEVER be used on .pdf files that are being submitted to the court.

Setting your browser to automatically clear the Internet cache - insures that you always see the most current web pages and options as they are updated. Symptoms may include missing user options and old hyperlinks.

Creditor mailing matrices must be LEFT JUSTIFIED - a change from the old system which required center justification.

Turn Acrobat PDF web browser integration OFF - fixes most problems with .pdf files not displaying and system freezes related to opening .pdf files.

A warning message appears - when a CM/ECF user has submitted the final screen of an event but then clicks the [Back] button.

No longer use symbols and special characters - relates to adding parties and to mailing matrices.

Acrobat 6 Compatibility Issues - each of the following 3 items must be addressed in order to insure correctness with documents submitted to the court from users of Acrobat 6.

Enabling popup windows in Netscape 7.1 - instructions are for use with the Netscape 7.1. Popup windows must be enabled in your browser to allow for fee payments to be made where applicable.
