THE CLERK'S OFFICE IS NOW OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
The court is committed to serving parties and the public during the COVID-19 outbreak. The court is taking the following actions in order to reduce the possibility of exposure to its employees, bankruptcy participants, and the general public.
The Court has entered the following COVID-19 General Orders:
General Order 2021-1, amends General Order 2020-9. (Review the General Order for mask requirements and the status of conducting hearings.)
General Order 2020-9, amends General Order 2020-8 until further notice.
General Order 2020-8, amends General Order 2020-7 until August 3, 2020.
General Order 2020-7, amends General Order 2020-6 until July 6, 2020.
General Order 2020-6, amends General Orders 2020-3 and 2020-4 until June 1, 2020.
General Order 2020-4, requires all paper filings and fee payment previously accepted in Fairbanks or Juneau be mailed to the Anchorage office.
General Order 2020-3, suspends public access and in-person appearances until April 30, 2020.
CLERK’S OFFICE
The Clerk's Office is reopened to the public, however, filings can continue to be made through the mail and via the drop-box as noted below.

File documents and submit fee payments via mail or delivery to the Anchorage Office.

Obtain bankruptcy forms and other local forms from this website

Obtain copies of filings in a bankruptcy case via PACER
DROP-BOX
A drop-box is provided at the Anchorage Office for paper filings and fee payments from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on business days. The drop-box is located just inside the court's entrance on 4th Avenue and G Street.
The following guidelines apply to filings through the mail and the drop box:

NO CASH PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED

Debtors may only pay filing fees by a Money Order or a Cashier’s Check made payable to U.S.B.C.

Personal debtor checks will not be accepted

Filing fees paid by other parties may include personal or business checks

All filings MUST contain the filer(s) original signature(s)
