New Cases

The judicial branch announced that beginning on Monday, Oct. 20, it will no longer have funding to sustain full, paid operations. Until the ongoing lapse in government funding is resolved, federal courts will maintain limited operations necessary to perform the Judiciary’s constitutional functions.

As a result of the limited operations, the posting of new cases will be discontinued until the lapse of funding has been resolved.  A search for cases can be done in-person at the public kiosks located in the Clerk’s Office.  In addition, the Home page of this website contains links to the Multi-court Voice Case Information System (McVCIS) and to the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER).
