Chief bankruptcy judge Gary Spraker and chapter 13 trustee Nacole Jipping will host an in-person discussion of current issues related to Chapter 13 practice at 12:00p.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at the Herbert A. Ross Historic Courtroom, located in the Old Federal Building at 605 West Fourth Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska. The talk will include a general overview of chapter 13 practice, highlighting common chapter 13 pitfalls, and is intended for any attorneys currently practicing or interested in practicing in bankruptcy. Questions are encouraged!
