Chief bankruptcy judge Gary Spraker and chapter 7 trustee Nacole Jipping will host an in-person discussion of current issues in chapter 7 bankruptcy practice at 12:00 p.m. on April 21, 2026, in the Herbert A. Ross Historic Courtroom, located in the Old Federal Building at 605 West Fourth Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska. The talk will include a general overview of chapter 7 practice, highlighting common chapter 7 pitfalls, and is intended for any attorneys currently practicing or interested in practicing in bankruptcy. Questions are encouraged!
