A government-wide lapse in appropriations is in effect as of October 1, 2025. The Judiciary will continue to support paid operations through Friday, October 17, 2025, using fee balances and no-year appropriations. The Court will continue to operate as necessary to carry out its Constitutional duty to resolve cases and controversies.

Clerk's Office: The Clerk's office will be open during regular hours to process cases, receive filings, and receipt funds.
