In the event of a federal government shutdown on October 1, 2023, all court operations for the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Alaska, will not be immediately affected.  The court will maintain normal operations and all hearings will continue as scheduled.  Additional information or changes to the status of the court will be posted as the information becomes available.
