The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Alaska will be closed on Thursday, October 3, 2024, and Friday, October 4, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Clerk's Office will be open for in-person filings from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. only.

A drop box will be available inside the main court entrance from 11:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

Documents received in the drop box on October 3rd will be filed and processed on October 4th and documents received on October 4th will be filed and processed on October 7th.  Please DO NOT leave cash in the drop box.

Emergency petition filings should be made in-person before the 11:00 a.m.  If you have an emergency petition filing after 11:00 a.m., please call (907)271-2655 (ext. #2) and leave a message.  Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
