UST TRAINING: How to Prepare and File New Monthly Operating Reports and Post-Effective Date Reports - June 8th at 9:30 a.m.

The Office of the United States Trustee for Alaska and W. Washington is hosting a training on how to prepare and file the new Chapter 11 Monthly Operating Reports and new Post-Effective Date Reports.  The training will take place by Microsoft Teams on Tuesday June 8th from 8:30am to 9:30am (Alaska) (9:30am to 10:30am Pacific).  Approval for CLE credit with the Alaska bar is pending.
 
As a reminder, these reports will be required for any MOR or PCR filings after June 21, 2021, for all non-small business chapter 11 cases.
