The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Alaska is forming a Local Bankruptcy Rules Committee for the year 2020.  Members of the AK LR Committee will meet to discuss revisions the AK LR and will solicit input from local bankruptcy practitioners and trustees to ascertain which Rules require revision.

 

The first meeting of the AK LR Committee will be held on January 17, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. in the Old Historic Courthouse library.
